In addition to the book initiatives, the FED reaches out to national print and online publications with feature stories, bylined articles and Letters to the Editor that highlight the values and principles that put employee ownership and entrepreneurship ideas to work in organizations.

The FED-sponsored publication of The SAIC Solution speaks to the powerful impact employee ownership can have on the success of a company. We are now developing future initiatives to further elaborate on the principles described in the book from the Founder's perspective as well as employee and other's perspectives. This area on our site is dedicated to individuals who are veterans of the employee owned environment who would like to share their experiences as Dr. Beyster did in his book and articles.
All submissions will be reviewed by the FED's editorial team that supports our publications program. We will respond to each contributor and, if applicable, obtain the authors' consent to publish their articles on Employee Owners Speak Out.
To submit your experience, please send electronically via email to inquire@fed.org.
