Last year, the FED sponsored the publication of The SAIC Solution to spread the word about the powerful impact employee ownership can have to the success of a company. We are now developing beyond-the-book initiatives to further elaborate on the principles described in the book from the Founder's perspective as well as employee and other's perspectives.

To this end, we are dedicating this area on our site and inviting individuals who are veterans of the employee owned environment to share their experiences as Dr. Beyster did in his book and articles. The following articles written by employee owners demonstrate the diversity in topics and perspectives that are welcomed and the general length and style preferred:

All submissions will be reviewed by the FED's editorial team that supports our publications program. We will respond to each contributor and, if applicable, obtain the authors' consent to publish their articles on Employee Owners Speak Out. The FED is hopeful that some of this material will provide input for our next book initiative.
